Eric Egnet, Founder and CEO, HERSS

Mr. Egnet is a seasoned healthcare executive, business strategist, senior technologist, company investor, and serial entrepreneur with over twenty years of healthcare industry experience. He is a well recognized and accomplished business leader with a strong healthcare and technology background, a proven track record, and growing list of company success stories.

Throughout his career, Eric has had the great fortune to work within many different healthcare sectors including: clinical staffing, healthcare media and advertising, pharmacy delivery automation, and healthcare IT consulting services.

Mr. Egnet has founded, co-founded, partnered with, and sold a number of healthcare businesses. He has served as a C-Level Executive for several successful early, emerging, and very well established mid and large market healthcare companies where he has been instrumental in leading, transforming, diversifying, and scaling these organizations. He developed and executed innovative business and technology strategies, that have dramatically enhanced the business value proposition, while providing for true competitive advantages in the marketplace.

Of the healthcare companies, several have been able to successfully raise multiple rounds of funding, one went public and two where acquired, including his last company Vitalize Consulting Solutions, which was purchased in mid-August of 2011 by SAIC. Eric graciously and respectfully turned down the opportunity to remain with the company as CIO so he could pursue and launch his next healthcare venture HERSS.

Mr. Egnet serves as COO and CIO of MSI Global Talent Solutions. He also consults with and advises healthcare CEO's and a portfolio of companies.
